We offer a lovely semi-detached house completely renovated and partially furnished with great attention to every detail in the quiet Borgata Massimina in the municipality of Murialdo. We are 5 minutes by car from the center of Murialdo where all the services are located.

The entrance is on a wonderful spacious and bright room. Next to it we find the built-in kitchen with a bathroom with shower and side window.

Going up the wooden staircase we reach the two bedrooms: one double, very spacious and bright while the other bedroom is smaller and lower. Both bedrooms have exposed beams.

The property was completely renovated a few years ago with a new roof and redone systems. During the renovation, every detail was taken care of with particular attention to the harmonious combination of materials and colors. The furniture is in a shabby style and gives the property a particular charm. Heating with thermo cooker and wood stove.

The property includes a small strip of land behind the house while the courtyard in front of the house is shared with the other houses and can be used for parking and/or for eating out in the company of friends and neighbours. It is possible to use the oven / barbecue area on the other side of the courtyard.
