This little piggy went to France....

Escape to the French countryside and find yourself at home in this absolutely delightful cottage in Saint-Leger-Magnazeix, including your very own PIGGERY (which currently serves as a storage shed) out back.

The exterior of this country cottage oozes charm, with the wood-framed windows flanked by bright seafoam green shutters, creating a sunny and welcoming curb appeal to this adorable abode.

Step through the front door, and you'll find yourself in the heart of coziness. The living room is snug but homey, giving you just enough space to curl up with a book in the corner, or on the sofa in front of the wood burning stove to keep you warm on those chilly nights.

The living room seamlessly flows into an equally cozy kitchen where you can whip up your favorite meals with ease.  Though small, it’s well appointed and contains all of the amenities you might need. There’s also a separate dining area that has enough space to hold a table for 6, where you can gather with friends and family for good food and great conversation.

The hallway leads you to the shower room and WC, and then on to not one, but TWO charming bedrooms to choose from, each offering its own slice of tranquility.  Spacious enough to not feel cramped, but cozy enough to still feel homey, the bedrooms are a welcome respite when it’s time to hit the hay.

Upstairs, you'll also find a spacious attic just waiting to be transformed into whatever your heart desires. Home office? Artist's studio? The possibilities are endless!

But seriously, let’s talk about my favorite part of this whole house - that picture-perfect SECRET GARDEN, filled with flowers, lush green grass, mature shrubs and fruit trees. It's like your own private paradise. And as I mentioned earlier, who could forget about the old piggery turned storage shed? It's quirky touches like these that give this place its unique character.

You're also just a short drive away from Magnac Laval, where you'll find everything you need to live your best life. Plus, with Limoges and Poitiers airports nearby, the world is literally at your doorstep.
