I’m such a sucker for a beautifully staged home. And when I see a price tag well under $100k for a home that’s straight out of Country Living magazine, I do a little happy dance (and then, of course, share it here with ya’ll)!
It’s hard to pick which feature I love best about this 1940’s villa, but I might have to go with that sunroom…or the pine tongue and groove ceilings, the 1/3 acre garden with fruit trees…or maybe it’s the cobra wall sconce in the bedroom (ps: if anyone knows where I can get my hands something like that, email me).
