It’s hard to argue the value of this massive historically relevant chateau set on almost 50 acres. Where I come from (S. California), $1M gets me a modest tract home with a postage stamp sized yard! I’m just hoping there’s opportunity to add more bathrooms, because I don’t think 2 could possibly service all the guests visiting the lucky new owner.
