I’m obsessed with the original terracotta floors and the exposed brick & beam ceilings. And can we talk about all those antique wood furniture pieces?! NO idea if they're included, but everything is negotiable. :)
Now…does it need some TLC? Yes. But, if you’re looking for something as a part-time residence, I don’t think a light refresh of the bathroom and kitchen is going to cost too much IF one keeps with the simple, rustic vibe of the place.
