Are you looking for a special home? Then this semi-detached house on Koningstraat may be something for you! The house is no less than 81m2 and is completely on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms of 14 and 12m2. The house is a national monument and is given the following description on the monumenten.nl website:


Garden dome from the second half of the 19th century with an attached double house from 1904, located in the Koningstraat in Appingedam, a street with various types of buildings, including buildings from the beginning of the 20th century and business premises. The wooden garden dome dates from the second half of the 19th century, has a brick basement and has wall and ceiling paintings on wood and linen on the inside. The five-sided garden dome was built against the north or street side of house number 30, which is part of the double house Koningstraat 30-30 I in Appingedam.

Layout: entrance: through the tour portal you will find the toilet on the left, through the hall you enter a small, open study room, there is also access to a spacious bedroom (approx. 14 m2) at the rear of the house with bathroom en suite (approx. 7m2). At the front of the house there is a closed kitchen in a corner unit and fitted wardrobes, another bedroom (approx. 11 m2) and at the end of the hall you will find the living room with large windows and wooden floors.


There is a cellar of approximately 12m2 under the house.
