Q: How does the weekly update process work?
Every Thursday, we release a fresh batch of handpicked listings in a beautifully organized, easy-to-browse format we call an "Issue"—delivered straight to your inbox.
Here’s what you can expect:

Q: How many properties will I get access to?
On average, we feature around 30–45 listings every week. So far in 2025, we’ve averaged 43 listings per Issue That means you’ll have access to thousands of properties per year, with new finds landing in your inbox every Thursday.
Q: Can I sort listings by country?
Not exactly—but it’s still easy to browse. Listings are clearly labeled by country and price, and the gallery format makes it quick to scroll through and spot your favorites.
Looking for something specific? Use your browser’s “find” function (Command + F / Ctrl + F) to search by country name.
We focus heavily on Italy, France, and Spain, with regular listings from Portugal, the UK, and Ireland, and occasional gems from places like Sweden or Greece.
While you’ll see a mix, the majority of homes reflect where our audience is actively searching.
Q: Do I get access to properties before they go public?
Yes! As a BHA Plus member, you get early and exclusive access to each new batch of curated listings.
Q: How do I contact the agent for a listing I love?
Each listing includes a direct link to the original source or agent’s website. From there, you can view more details, ask questions, or book a viewing directly.
We’re curators, not agents—so you’ll always deal directly with the listing source.
Q: How much does it cost to join?
Currently the monthly subscription is $15/month USD.
Q: Can I cancel?
Memberships renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime.
Here’s how it works:

Monthly memberships: Cancel anytime and you won’t be billed again. You’ll still have access for the remainder of your paid month.

Annual memberships (no longer offered): These are billed in full upfront and are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent renewal the following year.
