House completely RENOVATED in a rustic style in the heart of Alcalá de la Jovada in Vall D'Alcalá. The house that stands on 3 floors consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms and another service bathroom on the first floor.

We access the ground floor through the hall that leads to the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the bathroom and the kitchen with access to the sunny backyard.

A staircase takes us to the first floor where we find 2 bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and fireplace, the other has a dressing room.

On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the town of Alcala de la Jovada where King Al-Azraq was born.

The municipality has a municipal swimming pool 2 minutes from the house and several bars and restaurants where you can eat typical dishes of the area. This town, surrounded by mountains, is ideal for hiking or enjoying the scenery and nature.
